Essential features

What the platform can do

Every feature described here is live. What is not listed does not exist yet, and we will always prefer telling you so.

Current menus Prices, allergens, languages and availability follow the service.
Durable QR codes The printed support stays valid as the menu changes.
Smoother service Bookings, orders and reviews stay connected to the right venue.

Digital menus

A living menu, not a frozen PDF.

Organise menus by service, manage products, variants, options, photos and allergens. An unavailable dish disappears without reprinting anything.

Contextual QR codes

One QR code per table, room or window.

Each code knows where the scan came from: table, room service, window or campaign. The printed token does not change, even when you update the menu.

Printed QR supports sitting on a bright table.

Operations

Service keeps its rhythm.

Bookings and orders land in the right place, in the right language, with the information the floor and kitchen teams need.

Full catalogue

Everything supporting the guest experience.

Public and professional modules work together: discovery, browsing, action, follow-up and compliance.

01 Menus and products

Several menus live at different hours, without duplicating a product. Variants, option groups with minimum and maximum, extras and ingredient removals. All fourteen regulated allergens are declared per product. A dish goes out of stock without republishing anything.

02 QR codes and tables

One QR code per table, per room or for the window, each carrying its own context. The printed token never changes, even when the menu does: a sticker on a table stays valid. A lost QR code can be revoked and regenerated.

03 Public mini-site

Every venue gets its address, its page and its menu, readable without an account or an app. Content is translated by the venue, each language forming its own page. A menu already visited stays readable offline, and says so.

04 Discovery

Search by cuisine, by neighbourhood and by "open now", tolerant of typing mistakes. Opening hours are indexed as slots, which makes "open Thursday at 8pm" as fast as any other filter.

05 Guest account

Favourites and venue following, without one implying the other: saving a place subscribes you to nothing. Personal data export and erasure, on request and without intervention.

06 Notifications

Transactional email in the recipient's language. Marketing can be switched off channel by channel; transactional cannot, because a booking confirmation is not an advert. One-click unsubscribe, without signing in.

07 Team and roles

Invite colleagues with a role and a scope: a manager restricted to two venues does not see the others, and cannot invite beyond them. Sensitive rights, such as publishing a menu, are separate from editing rights.
